Education: The University of Texas of the Permian Basin – Bachelors in Marketing, Class of 2014

Previous: Kyle Bandujo is from Boerne, TX. Post-high school, Kyle redshirted as a freshman and then played 4 years as a RHP at The University of Texas of the Permian Basin in Odessa under head coach Brian Reinke, and competed in the Division 2 Heartland Conference. While at UTPB, Bandujo played with and against numerous future professional baseball players, and received tutelage from current Ranger Junior College pitching coach Jeff Fisher-Gasper. During his college summers, Bandujo played 3 seasons in Roanoke, VA for the Roanoke Rails of the Carolina-Virginia Collegiate Summer League and 1 season in Reno, NV with the Nevada Bighorns of the Golden State Collegiate Baseball League.

High School: Kyle was a RHP/Utility at Boerne-Champion HS, seeing varsity action at 2B, 3B, and C. Helped the Chargers to a district championship his senior year….carried a .576 OBP in 34 plate appearances, and was 3-0 with 1 save and a 3.00 ERA on the mound. Bandujo select baseball for the San Antonio Wranglers under ex-pros Ben Van Ryn and Joe Orloski, and was teammates with current D-Bat coach Niko Gonzalez in both HS and select ball.
